How can I order a project or hire you?
Send an email to info@thetoonplanet.com or fill our online form telling us the details and requirements you need to develop your project. Together, we will engage in a briefing session setting all the key aspects desired for the final artwork and we will send to you an estimate.
Once we have finished the briefing and have made an agreement, you will have to deposit a 30% fee of the total cost of the project in advance. Once we have received your deposit, we will begin working tirelessly for you until you are 100% satisfied.
Do you offer any kind of discounts?
At TheToonPlanet, we offer special pricing and discounts to those clients who want to develop a project involving multiple design elements. Also, you can opt to a 3% discount if you make full payment in advance. Do not miss the opportunity to create a full visual corporate identity and logo design for your brand at a reduced price if you have hired a web design previously. Bring to life a full group of fanciful avatars for an online platform or a an icon set for a mobile application. The possible combinations of design elements for a project could be endless.
Which are your fees?
Our prices are not usually fixed. Each client and each project have different requirements and needs, which is why at TheToonPlanet we offer services that are geared towards to fit your particular requests, which ultimately determines the final price.

How many revisions do you offer?
Unlimited revisions! We like to perform jobs perfectly finished and we always want our clients to be 100% satisfied. Our design process is divided in different phases and you can make the changes that you deem appropriate in every stage until you are pleased with the results. Once a stage is approved, any changes related to this or previously approved ones will involve an additional surcharge of 30 € per hour.
When will I receive the finished artwork?
A logo design or a illustrated character takes approximately 3-5 days, but this could vary significantly depending on the style of the artwork or your particular needs. Do not hesitate to contact us to receive a proper estimate and a delivery date set to your requests.
You should also bear in mind that you play an active role in the creative process. Effective communication is an important aspect in the development of any project. Receiving the necessary information and feedback in time is a key aspect in managing a design project. Any delays or miscommunication could severely hinder the work process.
I need it for yesterday. Can you help me?
In TheToonPlanet we firmly believe in time travel, so we have set 3 different delivery modes depending on the urgency of your project: Regular delivery, fast delivery and top priority delivery. We can accept your project and give it priority in our schedule, as long as we are not completely booked. Depending on how quickly you need it, there may be a surcharge of up from 25% to 50% over the original price.
How do you develop a design or illustration?
We have develop a work process divided in stages during which we develop the project under your careful supervision. You will decide when you are fully satisfied with the artwork we have designed in order to advance to the next stage of development.
What is the briefing session?
The briefing session is when we set the project particular needs. We gather information, establish guidelines and requirements that the artwork will need to fit when it is finished. Defining and synthesizing the project parameters in an effective briefing session is extremely important for establishing the groundwork of any new job.
What file formats do you work with?
By default we create all of our artwork in vector file format. You will never have problems of low resolution; you will be able to print your design as large as a building and they will still have a clean and sharp appearance. If you require another specific file format, we can prepare your project in the format of your choice: AI, EPS, FH11, PSD, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, etc.
Your artwork will be always executed in high resolution and with high quality standards, so you will be able to use them in any digital or printed media.
I have lost the final files you sent me. How can I recover them?
Don’t worry! We keep backup copies of all of our projects at no additional cost. If you have inadvertently deleted or lost the files, all you have to do is send us an email and we will quickly send you a backup file.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and transfers to bank account, which are the most secure payment systems. You may also contact us to request an alternative payment method.
Who owns the rights to the images?
You will have the full commercial rights of the artwork we design for you, as long as we have received full payment. In case that one of our design proposals is rejected or not paid, it will be our property exclusively.
Authorship recognition
We reserve the authorship rights to display all of our projects as samples of our work in our website portfolio or other social platforms, including a reference to the client, if desired.
Do you offer confidentiality?
For a 25% additional fee, we can sign a confidentiality clause (NDA) for your project.
What if I am dissatisfied?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our work, you can request a full refund of payments you have made, as long as you have not approved first sketch stage (No penalty-fee applied before first approval). In case you request a refund, all designs and illustrations we have executed will be our property exclusively.
Do you use clip-art or stock images?
All our design elements and illustrations are unique, original and are created exclusively at the client’s request. We never sell anything twice, neither we reuse artwork that has been previously developed for another project, so you can be absolutely sure that you will obtain an authentic, creative and exclusive design.
